How to Use Bird Feed

Getting started is simple

  1. Upload Photos

Snap a photo and upload it to your feed.

  2. Catalog and Curate

Tag your photos by species. Curate your best stuff. Up to 8 photos can be added for each species.

  3. Track Activity

If you have a Haikubox, you can connect it to automatically import bird activity data and track which bird visitors you've photographed.

  4. Share Your Gallery

If you want, you can create a custom link to share your Bird Feed with others (they don't need to have a Bird Feed account). You can also opt-in to enable your feed to be publicly discoverable by other Bird Feed users. Or you can keep your gallery completely private or disable any previous sharing settings at any time.

Haikubox

What is Haikubox?(opens in a new tab)

Haikubox is a product that records birdcalls 24/7 to detect birds that are visiting your area.

Bird Feed Integration

Bird Feed includes an optional feature to link a Haikubox to automatically import data about your bird visitors and track which ones you've photographed.
